RETURNS & EXCHANGES
We seriously hope you looooove your order, but if you need to exchange a size or the item is simply not suitable then you may return for an exchange or store credit. The item must be unused and in re-saleable condition (with all tags attached).
Goods must be returned within 7 business days of receipt. The cost of returning the item to us is to be covered by you. Please let us know by or phone 07 3367 1173 or via email email@example.com before you return the item providing the reason for your return.

Unfortunately we are are unable to offer credits or exchanges on sale items.
FAULTY OR DAMAGED ITEMS
All our items are carefully checked and expertly packed before they are sent. However if you do receive any items that are damaged or faulty, please give us a bell on 07 3367 1173 or shoot us an email within 7 days firstname.lastname@example.org so we can organise a replacement or refund.
Looking to buy a special gift, then we love nothing more than helping you choose the perfect pressie, snazzing it up with a spot of gift wrapping and sending it on its merry way.

Any personal information provided by you (including name, address, phone number or email address) will remain with us. It will NOT be sold or rented to any other parties outside of Cocoon.
We pride ourselves on being super speedy. If we receive an order overnight we will do our damndest to ship it to you the morning we receive that order.
All the styles & sizes we have on our web-store should be in stock . However on the very odd occasion that we don’t have the size you purchased, we will call you to let you know what the wait time will be. We then ship your item the same day we receive it. If we are unable to re-order that item, we will immediately refund you.
All pre orders will be sent to you within 24 hours of the new seasons stock arriving in store.
We use a range of freight companies depending on where you live and the size or weight of the item. We work with Fastway Couriers, Australia Post or Couriers Please.
Tracking details are always sent so you know where your goodies are and when to expect delivery.

Free shipping on all orders over $150 (but under $3kg)
$10 Shipping on all orders under $150 (but under $3kg)
Additional charges may apply for bulky items. Note we will call you to get agreement on the freight cost before processing your order. Bulky items tend to refer to delivery of the the following brands; Micro Scooters, Munchkin Bear, Moover, Kiddimoto (bikes only).
We are more than happy to ship worldwide, we use tracked Australia Post. This means you will know where your goodies are and when to expect delivery.
All duties and taxes are the responsibility of the customer.
The delivery time may be longer to some locations but typically expect between 5 and 7 business days from dispatch.
If you would like to insure your goodies in transit, please let us know by emailing us at firstname.lastname@example.org Insurance is charged at $7 for every $100 in value of the item.
International shipping costs for up 500gms are as follows:
NZ Up to 500 gms = $20
US / Central / South America / Asia Up to 500 gms = $25
Europe / Middle East Up to 500 gms = $30
Additional charges will apply for items weighing over 500 gms. Note we will call you to get agreement on the freight cost before processing your order.
